Vienna Kaffeehaus — Restaurant in Cebu City

Well, they might have good food, but, I don't know, because after 3 attempts, all verifiable on my phone, I have yet to receive the order I placed. I use food panda all the time, and love it. Most restaurants put the food they have available, on the menu, but, This place, put a lot of things on the menu that isn't available. I've ordered lunch and dinner, so, it's not running out that day, it's that they don't have it. But, No big deal, find me a replacement, or offer something different. NOPE!!! unlike every other restaurant, they just take the order, keep it for 20 minutes, then Cancel it. No reason. Just cancel, I then have to find out that they didn't have 1 item from an order of 20 items, so, they cancel the whole thing. 3 Times out of 3 attempts. That is 100% failure. I'm assuming there is a lot of other problems there when they can't communicate with a paying customer. FYI I use food panda 5-6 times a week.. I was there a few days ago, I and my husband but as a Filipino I prefer to choose our very own style food. I ordered (Caldereta) Yes Caldereta!!!, its one of my favorite (ULAM). I was very patiently waiting. Then when my Caldereta is arriving in our table I was very excited after so many minutes waiting! But then when I saw my order I was very disappointed 😢 .My Caldereta is far from my expectation🙄 . I know I'm not good in cooking but I know if it's my food is not good to EAT! Kahit na asawa ko (SwissGerman) di alam kong anong klasing pagkain inorder ko ay nakuhang pa niyang PINTASAN! Meron bang Caldereta na puro TABA lang? Sino ba magkakaroon ng gana kumain n'on? Tinawag ko yong waitress at nag complain about sa Caldereta . Alam nyo kong anung cnbi? ( " Ahh Ma'am normal lang tlaga yan Kasi Pilipino style ksi! Ano? at ulit sumagot, meron naman kunting laman yon lang kainin mo kong ayaw mo ng TAba!" ) FYE sayo! Kahit HNDI ako marunong magluto, alam ko naman yong Caldereta. Nakakainis at nawalan na akong ganang kumain. Kong dlng dhil sa asawa ko, malamang tumayo na ako at iniwan yang FULLFATTY CALDERETA NIYO!!! KAYO KAYA KUMAIN NON?! Tagal tagal pa bago ma eserve ....
