Food is actually very good and their coffee is always a pleasure. However, service has always been at the shorter end of the spectrum for this branch. I always have high expectations as I regularly visit their other restaurants under their corporate wing (Mitsuyado-Seimen and Curry Coco Ichibanya). However, unlike their restaurants UCC Clockwork always seems to have trouble providing good customer service.
My most recent experience in Feb 2020 was when I ordered their Fisherman's fried rice and my companions ordered a Tocino breakfast. About 15 minutes the Tocino orders both came and there was no sign of my fried rice. I let the staff be as my companions enjoyed their meal. I noticed at least 5 dishes served since then and none were mine.
Add another 20 minutes and my companions were about done with their meal so I asked the server for the bill and told them to make sure my order was not on it. They were completely indifferent about it and did not seem to even ask the kitchen how my order was not yet served.
Needless to say, I have not been there since and do not plan to...
Read more4-stars over all for now 'cause I just want to be more personal this time, I don't want to give it an experience rating as same level as what I experienced at my highest rated coffee shops before. So, for the atmosphere it is a well designed shop, kudos. It has a spacious feel in it and the location of the establishment is very inviting specially during the night @ Bonifacio District - Faustina Center. For the service, I gave 5-star because of the convenient it brings to the customer due to the technology they're using. You just have to press the little flying saucer thing, then a staff will come at you. You can also look at their menu using QR code. For the food, can't really give a complete review on this because we only ordered a coffee, honestly we're not a fan of their flat white & café mocha compared to others, but please do consider 'cause were just a coffee lover not a coffee expert 😁✌️. For the food on the menu I guess it's a bit pricey so be ready 💸 Over all, I can highly recommend this shop for an...
Read moreAmbiance and location is perfect to hangout after a good drink or meal. Coffee is good with prices higher than leading coffee shops. A pour over Ichiban can cost P150-170 but cup was not used when it was served. Mango crepes were also good for P280+ and the serves will let you know in advance that the mango is not that sweet so you have the option to continue or not with your order. Toilet is also clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was related to an order not taken into account despite the server going back to us to let us know that there are no strawberries and the mango was...
