Royal Krua Thai — Restaurant in Cebu City

We dined at Royal Krua Thai for a birthday celebration, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. We were the only ones dining at the time, thanks to a late lunch around 2 pm, so we received exceptional customer service from the staff.

The food was outstanding. The crispy pata was a standout with its tender and flavorful texture. The fried pompano with sweet and sour sauce had the perfect balance of taste. The Tom Yum Thalay was another highlight with the ideal balance of sourness that I’ve come to love in authentic Thai cuisine.

A nice touch was that the chef, a Thai native, prepared the dishes with authentic flavors. The staff also went the extra mile by suggesting we try Prik Nam Pla to enhance the flavors of our meal. They even shared that whenever dining at a Thai restaurant or when visiting Thailand again, always ask for Prik Nam Pla as it truly elevates the experience.

It’s been two years since I last visited Thailand, and the meal brought back wonderful memories of the authentic Thai food I enjoyed there. Thank you to the staff for making our celebration even more special!...

I have very high expectations when it comes to Thai food since it’s one of my favorite food when I was in California. One of favorite dishes was fried spring roll and phad Thai. So. I ordered directly that food including the crab meat fried rice and beef broccoli . The spring was served first when I felt disappointed because the wrapper was thick and the contents is very small. Then , they served the phad Thai. I mixed it coz it has scrambled eggs . I noticed 1 shrimp, I asked the waitress y it had only 1 shrimp since my ordered phad Thai with shrimp. The waiter, just 2 more shrimp but the bad one was beef broccoli . The beef was hard. I don’t bother to asked the waitress but I wouldn’t come back this restaurant again. had our Dinner last night 9th July 7:52 bill out, table 3A. The Ambiance is Ok. -Experience=Bad: Waiter was very disrespectful -While giving orders - he just left us without saying anything..attending another customer. -While asking a Tissue - the Lady waitress - joking ask it as Tessue in a loud voice. Soup - while the lady Crew instructed not so spicy to the Kitchen, the Rude Waiter said to the lady waiter as Very Spicy. -Crispy Chicken wings with Lemon grass. -: tasteless.. not sure if its marinated - and not even crispy, (heard them loudly as we sat on the table adjacent to the Cashier's station)

What I am trying to say here : we are ordinary customers : we are entitled to be respected.. I can excuse the food taste, but I cannot ignore the disrespectful/rude behavior of the...
