My partner and I ordered one set of sushi roll (maki), one tsukemen, and two (2) beverages. In terms of presentation, both the sushi roll and tsukemen looked appetizing, but not perfect. The chef made sure they were fresh and well-crafted with enticing aromas and delish taste; ingredients blended in harmony. Although the broth was flavorful, it could've been "better", as stated by my partner. In addition, some of their beverages were priced unreasonably, especially the local regular drinks, costing more than those in other casual dining restaurants. Yet, the staff were very accommodating and attentive. They also served our orders in time. As observed, the ambiance and interior of Mitsuyado Seimen apparently fit their niche while everything was sanitized and organized.
