The management here is very bad. You have to go different lines just to pay everything. - Environmental Fee (Foreigners) 300 pesos and (locals) 150 pesos - Terminal Fee 150 pesos - Boat Fee 50 pesos On top of that, there would be loads of people asking if you need help then ask for money afterwards when you didn’t ask for anything anyway. Hospitality at its finest eh? It’s a rip off. Before they have a QR code that was much easier. Now, they want people to fill up papers again for information and put the papers to waste anyway. When it’s more organized if it’s done online. PLUS, why do we have to go to different booths to pay? Why can’t you organize everything to be paid in one go? Many people come everyday, and there’s no money to organize the area? How come is that? Pandemic came and the beach was cleaned out. But the management in this terminal didn’t change anything. It’s 2022 but people here are still living in 2001. Sadly.

To return to the airport side, the cost is 150 for terminal fee and 50 for boat fee. The boat ticket counter person would try to sell you boat and airport transfer for 160 (Caticlan) but just ask for the boat. Once at the other side, upon disembarking there are immediately trikes and vans for both airports waiting. For Caticlan the trike cost is 50 per person. This port is equally as inefficient as the Caticlan port. Separate counters for payment, manual paperwork despite the presence of computer at counters. I wouldn't want to be doing DIY travel here during high tourist season.

Been here IN and OUT for a couple of months now and as of March 2023, their security has been tighten to welcome the summer season for the Island of Boracay.

The place does not require face mask upon entering the premises but I do recommend to have them still, the place is packed during the high heat season like now, and its totally a personal preference of safety since COVID. There will be separate booth for identification checking for tourist, workers, and local passengers.

Make sure to have an ID with a visible picture and address for identification and confirmation of the present passenger. There will be an individual check of these identification documents especially for tourists.

Make sure to have a present copy of CONFIRMED HOTEL BOOKING. This is a must and you will be denied of entry to the island if this document is not presented.

For locals, tickets are sold just outside the establishment, you are opt to choose between fast craft and the regular motorboat (50 Pesos - regular, 40 Pesos - discounted).

For tourists, Terminal fee (150 Pesos), environmental fee (150 Pesos), and boat fare (50 Pesos) shall be paid inside the establishment before you are permitted to pass for the docks. There are comfort rooms available inside for those who are in need. Any additional support and assistance, the number of helpful officials are plentiful and they are scattered inside the port waiting for you to acknowledge their existence. You will have to fill-in the form of the little ticket prior swapping them for seat numbers of the sailboat inside the establishment. (Make sure to inform them regarding senior citizen passengers, they are recommended to seat in front the the vessel and the staff inside will gladly assist you on that, just inform them upon swapping the tickets for seat numbers.) The last step will be reading the boat name of your vessel from your seat number which be most likely park at the dock, take your assigned seat number and you're about 15 minutes from Boracay. (Any help with your luggage, there are porters at the dock waiting to assist you, tips are a must but the amount is completely dependent to your knowledge of how many and how your luggage weighs.)

Note: Prices and information may change. These information are taken on...

Pay attention! Legal scam from the Boracay Jetty Port!

When you buy the ticket to go back to Caticlan they display on the counter ONLY the price which includes the boot and the van from Caticlan Jetty Port to the airport. This is 160 pesos.

But you can buy just the boot ticket which is 50 pesos and when you arrive at Caticlan Jetty Port you get a tricycle for 2 persons for 100 pesos. No need to bargain, the price are fix.

Of course, they do not display the single boot ticket price for 50 pesos because they want you to spend more money.

Also always count the change money, they give you less.

I already reported all of that to the...
