I am staying at Hotel Alaya and have to eat breakfast at this restaurant every morning. This is the 4th day we have been here and I can say with certainty that this is the worst restaurant in a 5 star hotel I have been to. To begin with, half of the dishes are out of stock, okay it happens, but even the ones that are there are not good! For example: why do they put pesto on margarita pizza? Why is the omelet always unsalted? Why do they put stewed vegetables in the omelet instead of fresh? Why do they serve practically raw eggs for breakfast? Why does freshly squeezed juice taste like a floor mopping rag? The list is endless.
I urge the management of the hotel to change the approach to the nutrition of guests, otherwise the hotel will always be empty! Because with such food service, paying such a price for a room is just not worth it!
