A purposely, cleverly, seemingly understated hotel, which you quickly realise is actually completely âwowâ!âŚâŚ.and more!! Itâs amazing how the hotel has been âblended inâ to the surrounding landscape. lt has a very earthy/rainforest/nature look and feel. An atmosphere of complete calm and serenity is almost magically created. Jenny at reception was friendly, welcoming, professional and made the check in process quick, relaxed and easy. We were delighted when Jenny advised us only a short time after our arrival that our room was ready early! Along with our bags, the hotelâs âgolf buggyâ transported us to our âpremier suite kingâ 1401. Wow! The suite is huge and absolutely beautiful. Fixtures and fittings were of a high standard with double sink, freestanding bath, separate shower and a huge balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool and sea - absolutely perfectly positioned for a stunning sunset view. Complimentary juice, fresh mangoes and snacks were in our room on arrival. Complimentary bottles of water were delivered to our room every day along with replenishments of tea and coffee. Complimentary toiletries were good quality and generously replenished by Marnyâs housekeeping team, as needed. The housekeeping team were fantastic. Anything that we needed was delivered to the suite almost immediately. I was honestly astounded at the efficiency and high level of customer service. A very nice gesture was the complimentary in-house laundry service offered to us on New Yearâs Day. This was much appreciated. WiFi in the suite and in most areas of the hotel was very good. It was a little temperamental when at the pool. The pool was beautiful and such a serene, relaxing area. There were generous sized, comfortable sunbeds with plenty of towels and plenty of room between each pair of beds so it never felt busy or overcrowded. The restaurant staff were all extremely polite, professional and personable. Jane was particularly helpful and spoke impeccable English so absolutely nothing was missed and anything we needed was usually anticipated in advance! The a la carte breakfast was delicious. A cake stand with fresh, warm bread rolls, a small selection of salami and cheeses and some fruit was brought to the table whilst your breakfast menu selection was being prepared. We stayed for 8 nights and I still hadnât managed to try every option on the menu! As much fresh juice and tea/coffee as you wanted and all served by attentive and pleasant waiters/waitresses. We were extremely fortunate to be invited by the hotel manager, to enjoy a complimentary romantic dinner. The table was set beautifully, food was delicious and, as always, the service was fantastic. Such an unexpected and very much appreciated treat. A fantastic way to over exceed your guestsâ expectations! The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to take you in to, and pick you up from, the centre of Boracay (DâMall), at scheduled times. The driver was lovely, the car extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and we were even dropped right to the door of our suite on our return! Fantastic service! We booked our return airport transfer through the hotel with no difference in price to other providers. The service was outstanding! A hotel staff member accompanied us for the journey and assisted with our luggage the whole way. Our whole experience at this hotel was amazing. The service for our entire stay was personal without being intrusive. Itâs difficult to get the balance right but the staff here were very well versed in this. In addition to those already named, Benlyn, Rey, Paul, Jenny, Rolly, Regine, Philip and Robinson are some of the staff members who were great at this. There were more wonderful members of staff. Apologies to those whose names we didnât catch! We have been fortunate enough to stay in some lovely hotels all around the world over the years and comparatively, The Asya Premier Suites is definitely up there in...
Read moreThis review is a few months delayed, apologies to Asya Premier Suites but I just want to convey our thanks and our compliments to you and the whole team. We stayed in the late part of October 2024. Even in the midst of Typhoon Kristine, we had the best time at the resort. The gale force winds and torrential rain did not put a damper on our mini holiday because you have a great ambience at the resort and amazing staff members who provided the best service.
Please let management know that the staff members are simply the best, from Kuya Arlen who picked us up at the airport to the reception staff, the room attendants and restaurant staff --especially Regine who gives that special little touch of knowing our names when she first seated us at Palay. Everyone was all smiles and happy to help. No task or request is too much or too tedious. They were always happy to help.and provide the best service. It is also noteworthy that the spa service therapists are really good with what they do. Wherever we go on holiday, we always avail of spa services and I can say that the treatments we got were amazingly the best.
The presidential suite we were in (#2001) was just as amazing. The sweeping view of White Beach from our veranda was gorgeous. The bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom. There was even an added bonus of finding a tiny baby crab there that we set free and hope it survived the typhoon..đ The room was exactly what we needed for our stay and for our purposes, which was to ride out our jetlag from our long haul flight. The next time we visit, we will likely be requesting to book the same suite.
The location was perfect for our needs, a quiet getaway. We never felt like we had to leave the resort. We ate all our meals at Palay. Most of what we ordered hit the spot and was quite good. And as mentioned above, the service we received from Regine, Jaypee and Rey was just wonderful.
There is something magical about Asya Premier and even though there are loads of hotels to choose from at Station 0 and 1, Asya is now our hotel of choice in Boracay and we will surely be back with family and friends someday soon, I hope!
Thank you so much Asya Premier Suites for the best holiday. We hope to see you all again soon! Wishing everyone all the best and more power to Asya...
Read moreThis hotel is top tier and I would say in a better location than similar hotels in Station 0. It is at the end of white beach outside of station 3 thus giving it a private beach yet within easy access to the rest of white beach.||The accommodations are luxurious and very spacious with elegant furnishings. They comprise of villas with balconies or terraces facing the ocean. We stayed in a large villa with its own private pool, which appeared to be fresh water filled ( I did not smell chlorophyll) same as the large pool at the center of the villas. We had beautiful views of the ocean yet the garden screened out the sun keeping the villas cool even at mid day. I must add that the gardens throughout the hotel are well kept and as elegant as the villas.||The food at the dining hall was consistently excellent as well as cocktails we ordered. We had a boodle fight set up on the garden one night and the food was so delicious yet we could not finish it all because it was abundantly presented as well. ||Although the grounds were massive the design of the terraced villas all led to the center at the bottom to the pool and beach access and at the top to an open foyer .||This review would not be complete if I did not mention the excellent service from the staff particularly the manger Christopher, Anna at Food and beverages who arranged our boodle feast and who remembered all our names and the villas we belonged to (there were four couples in our group).||The grounds and villas were always immaculately clean. The concierge service was extremely helpful in planning our toursâ helping us around town and Manong Arlin picked us up at the airport and took us back making sure we got to our flights on time,||We look forward to our return to Asya...
