Front desks asked us to buy socks downstairs (depts store) before going in. It took us 5mins to buy. Went back and they told us we need to wait for 45mins and that there is a strict schedule.

Very unprofessional. Gave us an option to pay a whopping Php 3250 (5kids and 5 adults) either to use the less than 25mins (remaining time) of the current schedule or wait for another 45mins. to fully use the 1hr time. We had kids, you want us to wait at the mall during pandemic?

Kinder city was the only place we wanted to go to, obv bec there was no one around. We had 5 kids. It is their first time going out due to pandemic.

Front desks should be trained to inform the customers regarding important infos like that especially if newly opened. There was no freaking line, they had all the time to explain to us the schedule.

If they knew we were already late for the current schedule obviously they should inform us. They have the board of schedule but it was not visible and it was not facing the customers.

Front desks are rather immensed in their personal conversation than accomodating us.

Vista Mall is a small sized mall in San Fernando, Pampanga. It has 3 levels but is not very long in size. The 2nd floor is mainly occupied by All Home with dedicated sections to toys, gym equipment, office space etc. The ground floor has some fast food and restaurants, a supermarket and Watsons and a department store (also "All Home" store). The top floor has a Cinema and some other things like gym etc but is closed as of now (17th Dec 2020) due to the quarantine guidelines.

Overall the aesthetic and ambience of this mall is nice and relaxing. It has a modern design and feels very nice walking through. The only downside to this mall is not very much variety of stores or food, they don't even have a Jollibee but the choices are ok.

A good thing about this mall though is that it is close to other shopping centres like Walter Mart (maybe 3 mins walk next door) and SM Pampanga and Robinson's are only a 10min drive away also. Along the way is also many furniture stores if that is what you are looking for like Mandaue Foam, Home Depot and Wilcon. So the location of Vista Mall is great because you can also visit other malls or stores close by.

I'm only here when I attend the MCPCCI dog shows, which was just last weekend, June 10-11, 2017. So I've been here twice since last November 2016 show and it's a nice, new mall that accommodates the dog show. But in the 6 months since I've been there's only been a few stores added. We stayed at the 3rd Floor this time, and I appreciated the great comfort rooms of the cinemas. Though the food selection offered there was limited, restos were mostly at the ground floor, no fast food chain at all. Though Fortune Restaurant is here and has great Chinese food, this and Coffee Project seems to be the busiest ones there. BAGA, they're outdoor eating place has also lost half its food stalls too. That said I like it as a dog show venue, it's not far from Manila, I'm half Kapampangan so we're at home here. Hoping for more improvements when the next...
