rice is dry , sisig is cold, halo halo wasn't serve on time as they mentioned 15-20 minutes from the time ordered but we already finished eating still not served so we requested for it to be taken out together with the palabok and other halo halo for take out, but still served as dine in after more than 10 minutes , told them that its already been requested still the crew did not change it, a guy in a blue uniform approached us and gave the halo halo back , waited for another 15-20 minutes no orders been taken out yet.
