Starbucks — Restaurant in San Fernando

Been going here for the past few months during early morning to lunch time and my experience has been very cozy and chill. This is a larger than usual sb branch, so plenty of seats for different groups, ample amount of seats too where you can be productive. Sad thing is you only have 1 hour of free wifi per device, and mobile reception isn't very good esp if you are seated near the baristas.

So far for all of my visits here, they never made a mistake on my order. Very cold and cozy, maybe due to fewer people during mornings. They also have 3 large unisex restrooms so that's a plus too.

I've been ordering here almost every week through the drive-thru, and I don't understand why a particular barista is always the one taking my order. They're not very attentive, and I often have to repeat myself. This might be causing the delays in the drive-thru, as they keep asking the same questions even after I've already answered. The staff here seem undertrained. Orders are often forgotten, and the person handing them out doesn’t even call out names. They give out buzzers, but don’t actually use them when the orders are ready. Service is slow and disorganized—probably the worst and slowest Starbucks in Pampanga. I quit going here.
