TGI Fridays — Restaurant in San Fernando

I’ve been coming here for years, but something has gone seriously wrong recently. The food used to be good, with decent portion sizes, but now they’ve started skimping on fries, side salads, and other accompaniments. It’s disappointing, to say the least.

This isn’t the first time we’ve been let down. A few years ago, when TGI Fridays opened in SM Clark, they poached all the chefs from this branch, leaving the kitchen in chaos. Orders were missing, and the food was terrible. We swore we’d never return, but eventually gave it another try, enjoyed the food, and became regulars again.

Unfortunately, our last visit was another breaking point. The food was awful—the pork chop was tough, the ribs were tough and dry, and to make matters worse, a dog at another table barked nonstop throughout our meal. What really frustrated us was that the staff did nothing to address the situation or even ask the owners to calm the dog. It ruined the entire experience, leaving us with headaches and no appetite to finish. It was the final straw, and we’ve decided never to...

We felt so happy here at TGIFriday's Vista Mall Pampanga because they allowed our fur baby inside. With regards to food and service, we are highly satisfied. Kudos to the team who thought of the concept of 375 All Yours All Day. We were happily surprised to see large servings. The food was also great, the pork loin grilled to perfection and the 6spices chicken was also good. The ceasar salad was huge and we super appreciate that it was served fresh and crisp. All the servers were very attentive and friendly. We also had dessert , the cookie madness. It was delish! Big thanks to TGIFriday's Vista Mall Pampanga branch. We appreciate that the servers asked us first if we want the dessert to be served already, and asking us first if they could get our plates.. all in all, we would recommend this place to our family and friends. It’s weekend and we went to Vistamall Pampanga and spotted this TGIF American restaurant, the place was packed and luckily we got a table 😁 no need to wait for ages…We opted to have truffle fries, fried calamari, shrimp poppers, scallop and scampi pasta, and the promo which is 375 choose appetizers, Entree, included iced tea ,& for the dessert Oreo madness ice cream, and I got also bottomless Mojito , All the dishes are well plated and incredibly tasty and came timely manner 😋, service wise - friendly, efficient..Huge thanks to Simon his incredibly talented bartender he makes very good cocktails 🍹 & to Ashanti for her attentiveness and attention to details , great customer service...
