Good food and friendly service—but sadly, the overall dining experience left much to be desired.
The main issue is the poor ventilation. The air conditioning only cools the entrance area where people line up to order and the nearby few tables. The middle dining section and especially the far end near the comfort room are hot and uncomfortable. Worse, that back section had an unpleasant smell and flies around the tables. We were actually given a candle to help keep the flies away (see photo).
We initially sat near the back since the front was full, and only realized after paying that the conditions were that bad. It was hot, smelled unpleasant, and the flies were everywhere. As soon as a table opened up in the middle, we moved—but even there, flies were still present.
No matter how good the food or how kind the staff, cleanliness, proper ventilation, and hygiene should always come first—especially in a food establishment. I truly hope they address these concerns, because with a better environment, this could be a great place to enjoy a...

They need to check your Vaccine card if it matches your ID. Based from their story, other costumers uses other people's vaccine cards just to enter. That's why they're stricter. The ramen was amazing and affordable! The ambiance and interior is good as well. Best for dates, family bonding, or trip with friends. And also accommodating if you feel eating alone. Read moreWhen it started in Balibago a few years ago, it was not too noticable for me who came from the San Fernando market. But now that it's in San Agustin, and has a spacious indoor setting, it easily became the perfect ramen-maki-nigiri bar for me.
The addition of 4 Donburi added more value to the brand, though I hope they start putting a raw egg on top of the Gyudon to make it more authentic.
On a side note, the toilet needs to be repaired while its walls need...
