Good Food, Nice Decor, Poor Service
Overall the food and both beverages are good, I will rate this on 3 tiers: Lets start on the Bad Service: (3 Star) This is my 2nd store visit into a different Coffee Project location. The staff here were decent enough to be straightforward with your questions. Not much suggestive selling going on which is not a bad thing as I personally am not a big fan of being forced to buy something I may not like. It might have been a long day for the staff members but a little gesture such as a smile would've been nice.
Decor: (4 stars) Same as the Bataan review, the place was nicely designed, cozy, warm decors, prefer it over a more name brand Coffee Chain that is known to earn "big bucks". The place was a little bit crowded but the empty tables and seats were clean and not filled with sticky residues or sugar crystals leftover by the previous customers.
Food, pastry, and beverage: (5 stars) Ordered another Coffee Jelly based drink this time it was the Caramel Coffee Jelly still a really good beverage did not disappoint. Ordered one of their savory menu which is the Mushroom Pesto Pasta and it was flavorful, did not expect that the mushrooms will have flavor but they were seasoned well. The Pasta to pesto sauce ratio was perfect! Lastly, we ordered a Caramel Chocolate cake, at first I was worried it will be too sweet and dense but surprising enough it was really good. You wouldn't get tired eating it

Read moreThe place looks nice. The service is horrible. It took our meals almost an hour to be ready. Everything we ate was already cold. When we went to pick up our trays from their counter, i saw their kitchen staff - i saw 4 men in the kitchen working. And it still took them 57 minutes to prepare our food. And there were only 2 tables occupied with customers during the entire time.
Is the food good? Good question. Here's a better one: have you eaten something stale? So there.
In fairness, the place is nice. But the service sucks one grand time. We will not go back anymore. I will not recommend it to families and friends. I will recommend it to people i hate so it will...

There were 4 staff: 2 baristas, 1 cashier, and 1 roaming around—yet they still couldn’t manage to serve efficiently. When I followed up, I found my drink had been sitting at another counter for 10 minutes because they forgot to activate the beeper. No apology, no accountability—just a melted, overpriced mess. For a drink costing 50% more than Starbucks, this level of incompetence is infuriating. Management needs to fix this disaster...
