Bad points: Bad customer service - arrived at the shop on their opening hour 9am on May 27 Saturday. Had to wait until 9:30am for the shop to open. After opening, I was expecting that the 7 chairs I ordered were already assembled because I communicated 3x prior to pick-up schedule. 1st communication on May 11, May 20 and May 26 but the chairs are not yet assembled. Was expecting better service since they carter to commercial clients

As of 10am, only 1 chair assembled. Had to tighten the bolts myself since assembly is not up to standard

At 1045am, got 6 out of 7 chairs ordered. 1 chair had slight defect so did not received it. For delivery on a different schedule

Had to shrinkwrap all the 6 chairs ourselves while the ModLiving team just sad down minding their own...
