Saikou Bar & Cafe — Restaurant in San Juan

We were greeted with an inviting smile and friendly staffs. While we appreciate the place, we ordered a banana touffe latte and a hot green tea just to pass by a rainy afternoon.

Chilling in the cozy seat and table, a group of 6 came. A friendly staff politely asked if we could be transfered to a different table so that a group of 6 can be comfortable seating on a long 3 table setup.

We dont mind transferring as we are just waiting for the rain to stop. Puzzled on what was happening we didnt give any facial expression after we smiled and said yes.

Bills paid and we are about to leave when the staff provided as a complimentary fries as probably they think that we were disturbed or annoyed during our stay.

It is not necessary we appreciated the drinks we ordered and the cozy place. We appreciate a good customer service providee by JOLLO and the other staff that we didnt get a chance to get his name.

Overall the place was never about the profit. And beyond a customer service as they are connected with...

Saikou Bar and Cafe is superb in terms of food, service and ambiance.

We ordered Spicy Tuna Maki, Shrimp Pomodoro and Fish Tacos. As for the drinks, we tried the Peach Lychee Fizz and Spanish Latte.

Everything is palatable and yummy, price is not on the average but it's okay since they have big servings (in short, hindi tinipid).

Cafe has a vibrant atmosphere, enough lighting and conducive for catch-ups while enjoying the food and great music.

I must say that visiting Saikou is worth it and the staircase going to the bar is a hint to have that...

Went there yesterday and well, after going after that big spiral stairs, their place is the place to go. The place was really nice, pleasing arrangements and soothing to the eyes. The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and just great people. Arranged tables and chairs for us since we’re nine people and even took photos for us. Food wise, it was worth the price.
