I learned about StorageMart Santolan from my sister. I didn't have much time in my hands so I wasn't able to do an ocular of the place before we stored our office furniture and equipment. I totally relied on the pleasant experience I had inquiring and finally closing the deal with the Manager, Joe Torres. Joe is very efficient and made everything so easy, which sort of scared me because how can it be so easy right?! Fast forward to 2 months after, I can definitely say, yup, it was and still is so easy dealing with them! The security guard at the storage door is also very helpful and accommodating. This was the experience my husband had when he had to put more of our things in storage, as well as my Admin Officer, when she had to retrieve some documents from storage, which was the first time they both visited the place. When I first inquired about the property, I was greeted by Joe (manager). He was very detailed and friendly, he was also able to answer all of my queries. Needless to say the transaction went smoothly. I am quite satisfied with the location, the overall condition of the facility, the helpful and friendly staff, and the overall experience from inquiry to moving in. On the day that I was moving in, Joe and Werner assisted me and were very helpful, thus cutting short the time it took to unload and place my items inside storage. I signed up immediately and availed of the biggest storage space available. I am very convinced and saw the safety of my belongings to be kept at the storage space I rented.
