I booked through their website directly and payment is done upon check-in (plus 1000 security deposit). Check-in was fairly quick, got there at around 3PM and there were no other guests checking-in. Staff were polite and attentive. We were given a key to the unit as well as an access card to the elevators.
The room is clean, there were towels and toiletries provided, as well as bottles of water, and coffee set. There is a refrigerator available for use. There are plates, cups, glasses, and utensils available in the cupboard. WIFI is okay. Bathroom is relatively clean and shower heater is working great. Bed is comfortable and sheets and comforter appears to be clean. There are huge windows in the living room and the bedroom so there are lots of natural light around the space. Living room and Bedroom have great working ACs so it is really comfortable staying in. Furniture seems old but still comfortable to use. All of the outlets are working so no issue in charging multiple devices.
We stayed here for two days and for the price, this is quite a steal! Robinsons Magnolia is near so we have been walking to get there and do some shopping and grab something to eat. It is a minute walk to the nearest 7 Eleven in case you need to buy more drinks and snacks. BDO ATMs are near the entrance in case you need cash.
Check-out is fairly quick from the moment you hand over your key and access card. 1000 deposit was given back on check out.
Initially, I was apprehensive over checking in here as I have read reviews on Facebook and other platforms that say their deposit was not given back, shower is not working, outlets not working, dirty bathroom, etc. But so far, we are happy we did not have those negative experiences.

Stated there will be house keeping to come over to take your trash, re-organize bed and hand out clean towels. NONE AT ALL. First night to the next day. We all went out. Came back, bed still messy. TRASH STILL HAS TRASH! And NO FRESH TOWELS. There was still towels we used for floor hoping they would take it but NO. Still there. Second night 3rd day, was the only one in the suite and there was a house keeping. Gave us only one roll of toilet paper, couple of water bottles and just grabbed the trash. That was it. NOTHING ELSE. 3rd night day 4th check out. Went to the front desk. They had to compensate some of our down payment due to freaking DIRTY TOWL ON FLOOR. And they also told us that we made a mess on the bathroom shower on the first floor wondering why! Because there was no shower curtains! They said we should have told them.
