Eat Fresh has been a beloved spot for food lovers since its humble beginnings in a small kiosk with tutorial spaces for rent in Masangkay (possibly still there under a different name). We've been fans for over a decade, reminiscing about the delicious noodles with bean sprouts and chives, generously coated with peanut sauce, chili, and oyster sauce (all for under 50 pesos, we believe!). Freshly squeezed lemonade or black gulaman were the perfect complements to this satisfying meal, making it a staple for St. Stephen residents.
Fast forward to today, and Eat Fresh has expanded its menu to include a wide variety of Chinese dishes, all served with deliciousness that continues to impress us. While the quaint atmosphere and passable cleanliness are commendable, the one element needing improvement is the service. On our recent visit, we had to get the staff's attention several times before getting served. Thankfully, the fantastic food more than makes up for this minor inconvenience.
Overall, Eat Fresh remains a favorite for its flavorful and affordable Chinese cuisine. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a satisfying meal in a casual setting. Just be prepared to be a little patient with...

Eat Fresh is one of my go-to places when I’m craving Chinese food that’s affordable but still super satisfying. The food is always flavorful, the servings are decent, and the prices are really budget-friendly. Perfect for students, groups, or anyone who wants to eat well without spending too much.
Every time I go, the place is usually packed — which says a lot about how good it is. Despite being busy, service is usually quick and efficient. It’s not a fancy place, but the food more than makes up for it.
One dish I always recommend is their Asado. It’s super tasty, and for the price, sulit na sulit. Even when I take it out and eat it later, it still tastes great. The meat is tender, flavorful, and goes perfectly with rice.
They also have a lot of other dishes worth trying — from noodles to dim sum. If you’re looking for a casual Chinese food spot that won’t break the bank, Eat Fresh is definitely a solid choice.
Whether you’re dining in or taking out, you’ll leave full and satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone who loves comfort food...
Read moreIncredibly rude staff. Scrolls facebook while taking your order. I order here every week, and I always get the radish cake, but one time I tried to order it and they only told me about the price change AFTER I placed the order and it was time to pay my bill. When I asked them when they changed the price, they said it’s been changed for a long time, even when I had just ordered the same item for the price I knew the previous week. This frustrated the staff and they would ignore me. In a separate instance, I ordered three items and they told me one item wasn’t available. So I chose another item, and told me it also wasn’t available, so I stuck to one thing from my original order, and after waiting, they told me it was also not available. I wasted 15 minutes and walked out with nothing. In my last visit, I found a FLY on my takeout order, which led me to make this review. Truly unacceptable and unprofessional. Staff is rowdy, rude, and untrained. Sad because this used to be my mom and I’s favorite and it’s the closest chinese...
