You don't care living in a condo with a road inside without walk sides for pedestrians, where vehicles are prioritized over people. You don't care about piece of mind in general terms and you don't need to have a good sleeping routine and quality of life.

DMCI does not provide the kind of investment for foreigners. I owned a unit for several years now and there are no peace of mind dealing with them. The PMO office are slow to respond via emails. Another scam for DMCI to make money on the homeowners. The turnaround of the PMO staff are high and you have no continuity on the customer support.

Ivory tower is good building. Although the lift is show but overall it is safe and kids friendly. In the same building there is a c-store also to get the urgent basic essentials.

If you are working from home. it might be difficult to get internet connection quickly. the 4G mobile LTE network is not very good above the higher floors like 16,17. you will get the connection cable only. not fibre...
