Regarding Poor Service and Mismanagement at Jollibee
After a previous unpleasant experience at Jollibee, I decided to give your establishment another chance today as I needed to place a takeaway order for the breakfast of our cleaners in my flat tomorrow morning. I ordered a family-size serving of spaghetti, palabok, and one piece of pie. I fully understand that during busy hours, waiting is expected, and I was prepared for that. However, what transpired was entirely unacceptable.
I waited for more than 30 minutes, which, under normal circumstances, would be manageable — but only if the service was delivered properly. When I followed up, I was told the palabok wasn’t ready yet and would be done soon. Eventually, my number was called. I was handed only one container, which raised my concern. I politely inquired and was told with full confidence that everything was inside. Still unconvinced, I opened it — and, as I suspected, it contained only spaghetti.
I asked about the missing palabok, and instead of receiving an apology or explanation, my spaghetti container was silently taken back, and the staff member proceeded to attend to another customer without addressing me further. I was shocked — not just at the mistake, but at the dismissive and unprofessional attitude. When I asked if she intended to apologize for the oversight, there was no response.
To be honest, I would have let this go — mistakes happen. But the audacity to insist the order was complete, when it clearly wasn’t, borders on dishonesty. It felt like a blatant attempt to rush me off without fulfilling the order correctly.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty, Mark Leo (who had no visible name tag), appeared completely oblivious to the situation. At no point did he approach me to ask what was wrong or offer any support. This lack of awareness and accountability is deeply concerning, especially coming from someone in a leadership position.
Overall, this experience was frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable. I hope you treat this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve your service and staff conduct. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty — not indifference...
Read moreCame in at 1pm on Thursday March 6, understandable thats its rush hour and i took into account that a longer wait time is to be expected, i ordered 2 yumburger meals and sundaes, but almost 1 hour wait time seems ridiculous. We werent the only ones that were complaining there was a line of people asking about their food. We looked to find if there was manager working, and it was frustrating to see this guy laughing and talking in the back while we starve and wait for our food, some customers even yelled and voiced out their frustration and the manager is visibly just ignoring kept going at a steady pace as if theres nothing wrong, not to mention their A/C is non existent, when we got our food it was melted and incomplete. To who ever was managing this branch, theres a visible lack of leadership and crew some of the crew members lack professionalism, such as laughing and talking at other co workers while taking orders, horseplaying, if not for the nostalgic presence that jollibee has, this establishment is very...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience with my recent order. I placed it at 12:20 PM and only received it at 1:30 PM, meaning it took over an hour to prepare and deliver. When the food arrived, my spaghetti and chicken were both cold and cokefloat was completely melted. Worse, the specific instruction to serve only the thigh part for the chicken was not followed—I received a wing part instead.
On the bright side, the grab delivery service was fast, and the rider reached my home in just a few minutes after picking up the order. The delay and issues were entirely on Jollibee's end, not the rider's.
While I understand that delays can happen during busy periods, the quality of the food and failure to honor simple requests made the experience frustrating. This needs improvement to meet the standards Jollibee...
