Rosewood Pointe, Acacia Estates — Local services in Taguig

I wouldn't recommend Rosewood pointe to you, is filled of trouble. You can't have a piece of mind because it's always noisy; if you work at night and have to sleep during the afternoon/evening you will find it's almost impossible due to events with loud music an other noisy activities allowed in common areas in front of your unit; you will get depressed and eventually sick.

Many unrespectful and undisciplined people around, there's some good people too but many neighbors here don't care about each other and don't mind disturbing each other, there's no sense of being a community.

Some people believe that because they're paying association dues that gives them a right to ignore the rules. I believe if they don't like rules they should live in independent houses and stop annoying the others.

Additionally, some owners let their pets pee on the buildings corridors, floors smelling like a slum. If you ask them to control their pets they get offended. Is the upsidedown world here, the bad mannered ones are the bosses, and the ones who follow the rules are forced to be quiet and submissive to avoid conflict.

You pay a condo because they have security and rules for a peaceful convivence, right? Well, not here!
