Grace Residences Tower 2 — Local services in Taguig

I booked a room today in this grace residence ans i was very disappointed for the inconvenience i got from them. Today december 6 i booked a room from 2 pm to 12 nn the next day. i go there at 2:30 pm because i received confirmation in the agoda but the receptionist of grace residences told me that they didn’t received confirmation so i wait for a very long time till 5 pm then they told me to go to the unit. when i got to the room i was shocked because a tenant is staying there it was so embarrassing for me. so i come down to the front desk and complain but they only say THEY DONT KNOW. I was sitting there for a while waiting for staff to approach me when i saw the tenant of my room and a man i suppose from grace residence talked and have conversation while i was in front of them and didn’t talked to me. Do not make the mistake of renting here. First of all I cannot even use the pool because it is the parcel delivery riders' view, I do understand the pool is a public ammenity but it is OPEN to public eye as well, even the ones who arent living there. Some guards are rude to tenants and only respect owners. If you are a tenant they see you as lowlife. And they think they run the whole place. You cannot pull out your own furnitures and stuff without going through hell getting an approved gate pass, the admin takes hours just to approve it. Upon moving out you'll go through another gates of hell processing the clearance. It takes a whole day to process the papers. Admin will find all possible ways and solutions not to approve your clearance. I stayed here for two weeks and the unit I booked has excellent value for money. Grace Residences is a Class B property complex, so it has fewer amenities for the residents, unitowners and guests to enjoy. I have no complaints. The unit I booked is furnished with the essentials I need to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Tower 2 is clean and the guards are strict which was good. There’s a wheelchair entrance, and Grace Mall at Tower 1 is close. Plenty of restaurants and fast food shops nearby, and Grab Food and Food Panda service is available. The outdoor pool was well-maintained. They also have designated pick up and delivery section at Tower 3 for your online shopping orders.
