Golden Bar — Local services in Łódź

Ok food is fine as well as drink. I am disappointed by the service. I think sometimes there are less experienced waiter and waitress that make big mistakes. Once I stepped in and want to the desk bar. Waited a bit in front of the desk but no one seemed to care. Then asked for a place to sit but the waitress looked to be annoyed by my request then took me to a table. Another time asked for the wine list. Then waited a long for the waitress to take my order and had to call another waiter. I asked for a glass of wine in the list. The waitress then came to me saying "sorry we don't have". I asked for another one the but again she said.. " I don't know if we have. Will you have this one" and proposed me another wine, cheaper, probably already opened. I insisted to have the one I asked "I will check" she replied. Then brought me a glass of wine. No. This is not the right way, if I ask for a wine you have to show me the bottle. It was clear to me that she, or the bar, didn't want to open a bottle....
