Ligentia — Local services in Gdynia

I would not recommend to work with this company. We took load from them, driver spent 5 hours in the loading place, since he was not registered by dispatcher from Ligentia, and therefore he was late to offloading place. Also, because of this, we had to cancel next load, which resulted to us having to pay for cancelation of this next load. Dispatcher from Ligentia (Jakub Kazior) himself offered to pay the waiting costs to us, but then, after the goods were delivered, when we asked about the waiting costs, he claimed that we are ´´manipulating what he said´´, and that he didn’t offer any waiting costs, and then began to have excuses in a sense that we were late to the delivery place(max 1 hour), so they didn’t offload him that day, and our driver had to spend the whole weekend in the offloading place. But the thing is, it is not possible to deliver in time, if we have spent 5 hours in the loading place. But Jakub kept going on and on about the same thing, that it is our fault, which was not, and he said that he will not pay the waiting...

W dniu 23.07 przyjęliśmy zlecenie transportowe na realizacje transportu z Wielkiej Brytanii do Belgi , załadunek 26.07 tj piątek dostawa 29.07 tj poniedziałek . Dokumentacja celna miała być gotowa do odbioru po załadunku w urzędzie celnym Ashford. ładunek podjęty terminowo , sobota rano kierowca melduje sie sie w urzędzie celnym i otrzymuje komunikat: brak zgłoszenia celnego w ramach przesyłki. Jedyny plus ze Pani Spedytor mimo wakacji odbiera tel próbuje cos działać ale bez skutku . Postój do poniedziałku, informuje ze dojdą koszty drogiego parkingu w Ashford 2 dni dodatkowe pracy kierowcy plus na poniedziałek musze szukać auta zastępczego na lądunek który juz mam z Belgi. Odpowiedz ok ustalimy koszty. Odprawa sie udaje dopiero w poniedziałek rozładunek we wtorek, dopiero po 13 ale na szczęście ładunek zostaje przesunięty udaje się go odebrać. Koszty wg art 16 konwencji cmr ustalam na 290e i na tyle wystawiam notę . po kilku tygodniach odpowiedz: nota odrzucona bo w zleceniu 24h wolne od oplat na załadunku i rozładunku oraz soboty, niedziele i swieta....co za firma...jaki załadunek i jaki rozładunek! Sprawa wędruje do sądu ,przestrzegam wszystkich przewoźników przed współpraca z...
