Hello! I ask the higher authorities to hold accountable the employees who work in this visa center, namely the Ukrainians! The attitude towards their own compatriots is simply terrible! Shouting, scandal, indignant, swearing obscene language! Worst of all, they refuse to accept documents! I arrived in Warsaw from Krakow, I was booked on Monday 11/14/22 at 9:45 am, they refused to accept my documents and said that I must send it by mail! To which I asked them why, if I was booked for today and what difference does it make if they accept me personally or if the courier brings them?! To which they answered me that they had entered into an agreement with the post office and were obliged to make an advance payment for sending my documents, and in addition, I still had to wait 3 weeks until my passport appeared in their system and wait another month until my visa was pasted into my passport! She was informed that from December 5, 2022 rules were changed and she needs to book an appointment for passport collection. So in the end my sister was offered by VFS Global employee to give a bribe 200 zl. for a fake appointment for visa collection letter for today. Unfortunately, today many Ukrainians were forced to give their last money to "enterprising VFS employees" to receive Canadian visa to start new life in country where such disgusting things could never happened! Read moreI am shocked with the "service". VFS Global lost my passport and my boyfriend's passport. I do not recommend to order a courier because VFS sending an envelope w/o tracking number. I asked their customer service if my passport was ever sent (ticket#3123974#) and lady replied to me just with their address. No greeting, no response to the question - nothing. I sent another email and guess what, no reply at all. SO, WE ARE WITHOUT PASSPORTS RIGHT NOW, THANKS VFS. I do not recommend to use VFS global in Warsaw, go to Berlin or another city in EU, but not in Warsaw.
