This review is not for the West Walk Boulevard in general, but specifically for the apartments there. I would note this is also specific to Block B, not A, which I imagine must be different.
Having said that, here are my main issues:

Review for future tenants (Would give a 0 if I could) : Moved here to live comfortably after my delivery. Have to say it is THE WORST place to live in. As a tenant, I am so disappointed as to how they charge these high rates for a place maintained so cheaply. We moved in July 2023. We had maintenance come in at least twice every week because the toilet stank and they had to remove the WCs to check what was happening (I was 8 months pregnant at the time). There were drain flies all around which was an unhygienic risk to the newborn. During the heavy rains in October 2023, a heavy aluminium panel fell in our parking space (and on one of the cars) in the basement. We had parked outside until the rains reduced, which is what likely saved our two kids in their car seats at the back. Sewer water/I don't know what dripping from pipes in the basement and ruined my husband's car paint. We ask them for rent receipts every quarter, and their team is so irresponsible. Last time, they said they had an event to manage and so wasn't able to send the receipt. It has been over a week. Water dripped from the ceiling and flooded the maid's room. Roads closes during events which do not allow tenants to book an Uber or get dropped at their home and have to walk a distance. Apart from that the roads are made one-way for visitors and residents have to go around and wait in the traffic to get home. Racial discrimination by securities and valets. Horrendous rent for a subpar home. Blaring fire alarms. I almost thought my newborn would have some ear issues due to this. I was waiting until we moved out to post this review, but the rat infestation stated by one of the other reviewers have begun and we are in the first floor. My daughter is at her crawling and eating everything on the floor stage and I am paranoid. They had no wardrobes in one of the rooms and they got the approval in August (after we moved in). Since the rooms are already congested, we said we did not want them. We are in June 2024 and it is still lying outside our door. To every family who wants to move here...
Read moreWest walk is the Worst residence ever!! It's called west " WALK" but no way you can walk there. I could not find any pros about it but here is a list of the cons: Fire alarms every day (literally) and especially after midnight. The alarms sometimes stay for 45 minutes. Construction noises every day, weekend and weekday, starting at 7 AM. Loud speakers with same playlist of music that starts every day at 7AM to midnight, Non stop (see photo). Worst maintenance team ever who always come to not fix the problem but to make it worse. Residents put their garbage in front of their doors( see photo). The garbage chute always full of garbage on the floor. There is no security in Res.2 (see photo) and doors are always open by the restaurants workers. Swimming pools were dirty in several occasions and Elevators floor are always dirty( see photo). Always crowded by cars which their drivers press their horn constantly and loudly. Management team are horrible and know nothing about customer services. Pavement is always broken ( see photo) and it has dozens of obstacles that make anyone trips. They broke the pavement many times in just one year!! And the promenade is completely crowded by the cafee and restaurant visitors. Over priced apartment rent for a very cheap floor tiles and washrooms. Cheap windows, during rains and outdoor windows cleaning, the water entered the rooms and made a great mess. Last but not least, whenever they have an event, they close the roads, put security and do not let any car in ( except VIP cars)!! Yesterday, they did not let my kids school bus enter the road and my kids were dropped off far away from our building which is totally UNSAFE. To sum up, we had a horrible experience at the west walk and we do not recommend it to any...
