We ordered kids table/chairs set. The product was great however the staff who came to fix it absolutely knew nothing. He lost one screw for one of the chairs and decided to fix it with some completely different nail. While doing it he damaged the chair and applied correction pen. Did not inform us anything and gave me chair in an angle where there’s less chance to notice the damage. Because he was taking long time to fix two tiny chairs I felt there’s something wrong. So I checked everything and found out the damage. Instead of apologising he started arguing and raised his voice. Kept saying he’s been doing it for 10yrs and the chair is ok to sit this way. Maybe it’s safe to sit on it however why would I accept a damaged item?? And why would I tolerate this arrogance from your staff in the morning. It was a gift for my kids and your staff ruined the furniture and our good mood. We have already raised a complaint.
