I ordered their signature steak and it was cold!
I even told the staff, the major problem wasn't just the cold food but the horrible handling of the staff aswel, they were too unprofessional, they simply made another one without telling me atleast making wait longer, the funny thing is they couldn't even satisfy me by saying that they will take it seriously they even defended the chef saying it wasn't cold, (funny how the second replacement was hot) meaning they even lie.
Extremely bad service and bad professionalism especially for a high classed restaurant with a reputation, becuase I have been dining here for many years since its opening in al hazm, but the west walk version is highly not recommended especially when it comes to staff handling.
UPDATE: So Instead of working to claim customer satisfaction Sassoo had unprofessional replied back to Me and here is my reply to them.
No my first question was why is the steak cold. Here's the facts
#1: I asked why is the steak cold as my first question not the discount (the discount came later after all of the discomfort and lack of empathy and understanding from your staff in reacting professionaly
#2: You say its Normal For steaks to be cold after minutes, did you count the moment I ate my steak after it was arrived? I took a bite seconds as soon as it arrived for your information so that's a lie, or else why did I not complain when I ordered my steak the week before? So much for your unprofessionalism even in a review reply lol.
3#: despite you made another one and gave me the discount, I was already soccialy uncomfortable and effected and its normal for someone to react that way, becuase I had work and personal emergency procedures hours later which you did not respect in even having empathy.
4#: when reply to me and tell me your dissapointed from my review framed that way instead of instead of respecting a complaint and instead of even apologising for the simple mistakes you did, this shows how your management is untrained and unprofessional and I advise you to learn how to...

I have to admit, the pasta dish there was quite delicious, but let me warn you, it was ridiculously expensive. My advice? Don't even think about going there on a weekly basis. Save it for once in a blue moon, on a monthly basis. We opted to dine outside to avoid the scorching heat, and thankfully, they had these underground air conditioners that kept things cool.
