I recently visited Ansar Gallery and had a disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. While I was at the store, I noticed a concerning issue that I believe needs to be addressed. The sales staff seemed to prioritize certain customers, specifically Arab customers, by giving them more attention and service. Unfortunately, other customers, including myself, were ignored or received minimal assistance.

It was disheartening to witness that the staff was overly focused on providing special treatment to some customers in exchange for tips, while neglecting others. This kind of behavior not only undermines the principle of fairness and respect but also creates an uncomfortable and discriminatory atmosphere.

As a customer, I expect equal treatment, professionalism, and respect, regardless of my background or appearance. I hope that the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the same level of attention...

This is one of the worst service I have ever come across. There is bunch of staff more than customers rooming around here and there with little or no work. When you actually try to figure out something which you want to purchase there is literally no one who will help you. Don’t understand for what sake there are so many salesman working there. Doha City furniture salesman are Pathetic and good for nothing. I went to purchase carpet there and even though there are bunch of salesman in the carpet area none of them are bothered to attend us to show us the carpets. We stood there for almost 30 mins and no salesman attended us. Even if we ask them about the product they will provide little information and then move on without bothering to show the product. Doha is a very dynamic, vibrant city. The downside is that there is a HUGE number of cranes and construction as Doha gears up for the 2022 FIFA World Football Championships. At the same time, the Government are laying the tunnels for a 21st century rail network, So there is upheaval. However there are upsides too. Food is great; huge number of nationalities, so a real plethora of language, dress, sights and sounds. Quite remarkable. No crime, huge respect and love for children.
