I had a very disappointing experience at Krossroads Club. A waiter knocked over pints of beer and made my back soaking wet. While I was trying to go out, I was avoiding someone playing billiard so I would not get hit by a cue stick. At that moment, the waiter spilled the beers right behind me.

What upset me most was not the accident itself but the waiter’s reaction. Instead of apologizing or checking if I was okay, he started shouting at me as if it was my fault. When my friends tried to defend me, he continued shouting, pointing fingers, and acting aggressively. This is the opposite of what you would expect from hospitality staff.

We then asked to escalate the matter, but security insisted there was no manager on duty, which is simply not true for any hotel or club. Only after we threatened to call the police were we finally able to speak with a manager. The waiter was asked to apologize, but his “I am sorry” was insincere as he rolled his eyes and walked away.

Krossroad Club was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The music was horrible—zero energy, completely off, and killed the mood entirely. It felt like the DJ was just pressing shuffle on a random playlist.

But the biggest issue? The bouncers—especially one named Antony. He kept walking back and forth in front of us all night, blocking our view like a wall and completely disrupting the vibe. His behavior was rude, excessive, and made us feel like we were in a prison yard rather than a club. It was beyond frustrating and honestly disrespectful.
