What an amazing place , a simply wow. From the hostess reception till the end the service was very pleasant. This place was in bucket list and today we planned to visit the place. The ambience of the place was superb, the seating arrangement was nice. They entertained our last minute request, food was very nice. The chef was very helpful, he kept on checking on the food and refilling the food. They serve nice sheesha with beautiful elegant pots. The service was excellent and pro active. Hamza was awesome. Disappointed Christmas lunch.... bought an offer on qgrabs, and the pictures online are misleading, dark sad little state of affairs. Was told we could not sit at the tables with a view because they were reserved, but lunch is until 3 or 4pm, and until we left at 3:30 no-one occupied any of those tables. The seating is not appropriate for meals, maybe coffee. Too low tables and couches, I can't recommend it. The food was okay atleast, but atmosphere is really sad. Amazing place to hang out, The Shisha & Sports Lounge has a great atmosphere with comfortable seating, good music and friendly service.
