LIBERTY SUITES — Local services in Doha

I have been staying here (room 108) since almost 1 month and my honest review would be "PATHETIC" services. I wish I could give 0 star in rating.

I have been complaining about the internet since day 1, it's been 27 days now the issue is not yet resolved. They have provided WiFi extender in room but it is of no use. You will still face the internet issues.

While booking they will say they will provide WiFi but no dedicated WiFi connection in the room

They share common area WiFi

No internet in bed room

Too many cockroaches in kitchen

No lockes in the washroom door

Flush doesn't work in washroom

The only advantage is rooms are bigger in size and property is near to Lulu and metro station

Outdated TV - can't watch YouTube or other OTT Apps. Need to have fire TV stick if you want to watch YouTube or other OTT Apps. Again, major issues with the internet so Fire TV stick will be of now use.

Room cleaning once in a week - simply cleaning the rooms

My personal recommendations would be NOT TO GO WITH this property, La Villa Suits or La Villa Appartment woul be way much better choice as:

They provide dedicated internet connection in room

Smart TV in the rooms so you can watch YouTube and other OTT Apps

Very helpful staff

No cockroaches in the kitchen

Amazing services

Room cleaning service every alternate days

Pillow covers and bedsheets will be changed every alternate days

Water bottle, tea, sugar and coffee will be provided every...

Today 15/05/2027 It's first time for me to boom this hotel. Really serviced very poor and very bad never see it In doha, I have experience many hotel In doha I getting good welcome good for staff ,but here really very very bad from beginning Arabic reception not smiles not even friendly and is seem don't want welcome the customer and did not respects the customer, and one more for evening with Indian reception we are asking more bath towel from afternoon we are waiting Almost 5 hrs and follow up 3 times he said will let house keeping to bring for us, and evening I called to ask again for bath towel he said we not provided for this I said excess me, we are 2 person you will let customers to use only one bath towel and shared and he said will give us small one I said no you must to give big towel for us, and he said you will let me to buy outside for you he said that ,I said its your situation need to solution not me ,he never even say sorry to me that everything not ready to provide but still saying not provide not provide make me angry I sdked him to give me manager number he said he not working and maybe tomorrow not working too, really make Me very angry and really I will make problems with that guys and talking with manager and try to tell my self clam down OMG.. Please don't visit here I...

I had a fantastic experience at liberty suites in Doha. The level of service provided was exceptional.
