Printemps Doha — Local services in Doha

Updated review, 2nd October 2024: Printemp used to be a nice place to shop with good customer service, and now it’s lacking in everything related to positive shopping experience. The place itself is top notch as always, BUT the staffs are the worst you can find in Qatar.

They are not friendly, don’t even know how to speak with customers, and they are only concerned chit chatting among them, most of the time ignoring customers.

I wanted to buy something but left empty handed. No staff attended to my needs, and I better take my money somewhere else.

It’s a shame Printemp got itself down this road. I agree with another reviewer that Arabic staffs working here are the worst. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND SEEM ONLY COUNTING HOURS TO END THEIR DUTY.

My honest feedback: Woqood staffs are far much better than current Printemp staffs. 17 January 2023- Had an impromptu visit to Printemps Doha. I must say that it is a very wonderful department store. The ambiance is very relaxing, and above all the staffs are super friendly and very knowledgeable about products they represent. They will explain in details and will answer any questions you have.

Very expensive and exclusive store in Doha. Lots of expensive brands, it’s a place for the rich.The store has very nice brands but unfortunately the Arab sales staff are unfriendly. If you are not Arab, they don’t even greet you or acknowledge your presence. The store has lots of staff but you walk by and apart from the Filipino staff no one else greets you. The other sales staff make you feel unwelcome. I have gone several times to the store but the feeling has never changed. The cashier guy did not even give me the points card when I last visited, which should make me eligible for gifts. Printemps Doha is the best luxury department store we have been to. The building is an architectural masterpiece housing some of the greatest brands - both designer and niche. They also have a variety of gastronomic options, although we couldn’t try this time. But what really makes Printemps the best of the best is their staff. They have good product knowledge and are there to help with all your needs.
