We hired three to four apartments of 06 people each on a long term (yearly basis). In starting, they provided all stuff and good services as per policy and contract, But after 02 months they are start ignoring us, our complaints, services from good to average, limited wifi connectivity with old devices which is automatically restart after 10 - 20 minutes especially on weekends. ||||Even after 03 months, they changed their Manager, now our problem will be more increase. New manager has changed the policy: ||||1. Minus our water bottle from 03 Bottles Per Week to 01 bottles Per Week. Now you can imagine 06 peoples in one apartment will be used 01 (19 Litre) Water Bottle Per Week. How ??? I really don't know...||||2. Manager told us if you have required more than one bottle per week then you will be buy in 10 QR per bottle.||||3. They have implemented LEDs in all apartments and rooms except four to five apartments. we did complaints to change our old TV sets with new LEDs as per all rooms then they told us about budget issues and bla bla...||||4. Now only 05 - 06 Tv channels are part of GULF PARADISE HOTEL which is also the breach of contract in our case. Even we can never enjoyed any sports tournament in this Hotel.||||5.
