I went with another 2 friends. Things that the restaurant required to improve if they want their business for long term Firstly, time management for the service- the service was too too slow until customers felt like we wanted to leave the restaurant and one customer did after he waited for 1hour and food did not arrive. Especially, the beef noodle we waited for long time.
The menu was simple and not variety, no complication -should be much quicker if they dont want to lose customers.
Secondly, portion of the food. I ordered XL chicken noodle, the noodle in my bowl was like 1 bite for 45 riyals- it was very disappointed!! We also ordered Sang-kaya pandan at the end and almost gave up because service was delay again to serve. Until we had to remind them. When it arrive, we were amazed by the portion of the Sang kaya which was like a ketchup sauce unlike dessert.
I hope the team can improve the service and product soon. The taste was not bad, however, the portion and slow servicemade us very...

I ordered mixed chicken rice (steamed and fried) and it was so good. The serving is pretty big and it also comes with free soup. rating 5/5
I also tried their Beef Noodle Boat. You have 3 choices for noodles: Rice Sticks, Vermecilli or Glass noodle. I tried the vermecilli. The soup is so rich and a bit spicy. When you order the special one it comes with beff and added meat balls. It's so comforting and delicious. I just hope they put a little bit more beef brisket to it. Rating 4.5/5
Hat Yai Thai Milk tea is a no brainer. You have to order this because it is one of the best if not the best milk tea I've ever tried. Rating 10/5 😁
The price is not really cheap. But I guess you get the best value for money. Aside from good food, their asset is their friendly staff. There was also this lady (Not sure if she's the owner) who is really hands on and asks me if how was the food, if I was happy with it, if how was my night and the like. Now that's a different level of customer service.
Dining experience is 5/5. Don't think anymore....
Read moreAfter reviewing the restaurant again, I was pleased to dine there twice, but I visited during off-peak hours on weekdays. I found the variety of food items and complimentary sauces to be excellent, and the taste is authentic. They also offer a good selection of beverages. The service is satisfactory, with both servers and the manager demonstrating a solid knowledge of the menu items.
However, there are some drawbacks. The seating space and restroom amenities could be improved. While the wall decor is beautiful, the floor space is limited compared to Tuk-Tuk restaurant, which is just a two-minute walk away. Additionally, the table turnover rate is very slow. On both occasions, I only noticed one table of patrons leave who had ordered their food before my group did. It seems that the local Thai prefer to savor their dining experience, which can be frustrating for those waiting to be seated. Perhaps sharing larger tables with smaller groups or expanding the seating area would help...
