Extremely Disappointing Experience – Twice
I’ve given this place two chances, and both times were deeply disappointing.
On my first visit, we had a booking for 18:00 and arrived early at 17:45. We informed reception we’d be right back as we had to grab a bowling ball from the car. When we returned at 17:55, they had already given our slot away to others. To make matters worse, staff denied we had spoken to them, even though one of their colleagues admitted hearing us say we’d be back. Despite this, we were kicked out by security and threatened with the police – completely unacceptable behavior.
Despite the awful first experience, I decided to give it another try. This time, I went with a friend. When we arrived, there was no staff available to help us. I asked security for assistance, and after waiting 15 minutes with no response, I had to walk all the way to the cinema to get help. The supervisor eventually told me the staff were on a dinner break. We were finally given a lane, but after just one bowl, we were told to move because the lane we were assigned had been booked by someone else.
In both visits, it was clear that preference was given to locals even when we had booked ahead or arrived first.
I’ve never experienced such poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this...

Doha Oasis is a beautifully designed and upscale destination in the heart of the city. It offers a great mix of luxury shopping, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions. The atmosphere is calm and clean, and it’s a good place to explore at your own pace.
There are several high-end shops and restaurants, and I’m looking forward to trying some of the dining options on my next visit. The mall isn’t overly crowded, which makes it a comfortable spot to walk around and relax.
We didn’t try Quest, the indoor theme park, as the entry fee for adults is quite high (QR 235), even if you’re just accompanying the kids and not planning to go on the rides. It would be great if there was a more affordable option for adults who just want to supervise.
One downside is that parking is very confusing and not easy to find, and the entry and exit points are not clearly marked, which can make the whole experience a bit frustrating at first. Hopefully, they improve the signage and flow in the future.
Overall, it’s a place worth visiting, especially for families or anyone looking for a premium and quiet shopping experience—with room for improvement in accessibility and...
Read moreThe mall has a very beautiful structure with fresh flowers decorating the alleys, nice stages to present the numerous and luxurious products. It is also an original re-arrangement of the Parisian department store le Printemps. All the brands with their limited editions are represented. Prices are on the high side for sure. However, I think I was one of the few customers passing by, considering all three levels of the store. This place seems to be deserted by Qataris and seems to be open just for the sake and glory of Sheikaha Mozah who is the owner. It is unfortunately an under-rated place with a large playground for kids which is seldom open. It seems that its management has some issues keeping this place alive as no real marketing or communication campain to attract customers has properly been done. One of the sales even complained to me and let me know that the mall management had cancelled all sales' insurance to achieve some savings...
