The apartment - Pros: Neat, organised, spacious and charmingly decorated. cleaner cames once a week which helped a lot as I was there for 3 weeks mosquito mesh on the windows were fantastic at keeping those little buggers out😃 electric mosquito sprays in the bedroom and lounge also helped the lights around the mirror in the bathroom were a nice touch 👍

Cons: -the sewer smell coming from the drains gets unbearably strong, had to sleep with the windows open. Something has to be done to remedy this, it's really uncomfortable 😖 the mattress formed a hole with the body's weight -my pillows were too hard, for someone who opts for very flat to none, the area is a bit noisy - there's a bar (or bars) ergo loud music at ungodly hours, there's no Tupperware to store food, an oversight for...

A hidden gem of apartments located off the beaten track but central enough to restaurants & bars which are just a short ride away. My apartment was nicely deocorates wirh with touches of locally designed furniture, vibrant artwork & touches of African fabric covered cushions to make you feel at home. The decor is modern, & comfortable offering a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge area to relax in. Marlon who manages the apartment, scouldn't do enough for us, by going out of his way to provide recommendations to make our stay more enjoyable and was very accessible.. we were even met with a bowl of locally grown fruits on arrival, which was a really lovely touch.
