Urban Park Suites Hotel — Hotel in Kigali City

Had the pleasure of visiting a couple of times. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. At the beginning it took a while for us to get attention to place our order but thereafter they made up for it. I ordered the beef curry. Admittedly I was expecting such small chunks of meat. Nevertheless it was well prepared.

Took a tour of the rooms and facilities. Impressive for the cost offered. Ultimately, a central and beautiful place to have some drinks. Oh! The decor. Loved the pictures...

This Hotel really got some good service. I mean it from the front desk all the way to the kitchen. They took great care of us and what surprised me was the fact that they called me at 9am to come eat breakfast so I don't miss it because they close at 10am. I usually go for breakfast from 8 to 8:30am. They wanted to make sure I was okay as well. This shows how much they care for people. I will definitely stay there next time in KIGALI. It was my first time in rwanda, and I assure you that this is a first class and affordable price hotel. The service was excellent, staffs are welcoming and so caring. Rooms are very wonderful and clean. All amenities are available and the food was so delicious for the whole week. Receptionists were so kind and friendly.
