Pangea Multicuisine Kitchen & Lounge — Restaurant in undefined

A group of from the cruise ship went in to order food. It took 15-20 minutes after we were seated ourselves for someone to come to our table. We recognized we were in the wrong restaurant but decided to support the business. We ordered food and waited for an hour and 30 min before the waitress came and told us there was a mix up in the kitchen and the food would be out in 2 min. A couple walked in while we were there waiting for food and got served. The staff kept looking over at our table and was in discussion. About what I don’t know. I paid for my coke and the group of us left still without food. There was NO apology!!! RUDE!!!

Very poor customer service and treatment of the customer. If I could give this restaurant rating a negative I would. I know all of the businesses in St. Kitts are not the same but I will not return to this island. This experience will be etched...

I don’t even know where to start. I went to Marley’s Bar and Grill for a little romantic one and one date. But it turned out to be one of the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. There were less than 5 consumers present at the location, yet our food took nearly two hours to reach our table. We were only a party of two and ordered merely four items, most of which were side dishes.

Not to mention the amount of random persons walking in and out of the kitchen; no masks, no hair nets. When our order came, everything was wrong. Instead of a wrap, we got a panini, instead of wedges we got fries, instead of a side salad we got a catastrophe. Not to mention some of the dishes were cold.

Also, the waiter didn’t know the menu and her services kills were horrible. Disappointed I had to pay over $100 for poor food and service. It truly...

I eat out every single night of the year, and this was in the top 3 worst restaurant experiences ever. Ordered 4 things, waitress did not write the order down, so after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, the food started coming out, but it was all the wrong food! Not a single thing we ordered came out right. Had to send it back to the kitchen and wait another 30 minutes for the poor quality food to come out. This time, some of the food came out cold.
