Theme/decor: 5/5 very nice Puzzles: 2/5 not creative, just eat up time Hospitality: 1/5 not welcoming and smells like cigarettes Price: 2/5 expensive Location:4/5 parking is always full
In all honesty the decor and set are worth 5 stars. Their themes are nice and different from most escape rooms in Riyadh they definitely worked hard and put lots of effort in presentation but it was unfortunate to know that the puzzles have little to no creativity. I did not enjoy solving the puzzles as they were quite boring most puzzles are just math equations and you must solve their puzzles in a certain order not much out-of-the-box thinking. Their puzzles are long and because you have to solve the puzzles in a certain order to move forward you can get stuck easily which requires you to ask for hints which makes it seem like their puzzles are hard. Problem is that their puzzles aren't tied to each other or the storyline they're just random puzzles put in one room. It was also a shock that the employees’ attitudes were very harsh and arrogant. Not welcoming at all, no one checked our temperature (the thermometer isn't even plugged in) or asked for tawakkalna, we had to wait in their empty lobby which smelled like cigarettes, ringing their bell for more than 8 minutes until someone finally showed up to ask if we had a reservation. Also for some of the rooms they show you a 3-5 minute video explaining the backstory but the story had no clues or hints that would help you in the actual room but the video counted against our 60-minute time limit. I have to add that their prices are really high compared to other escape rooms in Riyadh as well. I really wish the employees would be more welcoming and offer more discounts or lower...
Read moreWorst Experience Ever. What they show on social media it's not like that. They will take you in a room, lock your one leg with magnet if you try to remove they will off the lights, the tv from where you get clues can't hear anything from him. You don't have do any thing, go inside and just sit they will give you all the passwords for the each lock one by one. Social media and reality is total different. No one will come to scare you, just you and your friends will be their in one room. Yesterday, we select SAW II as shown on Instagram, We were 7 people, they took 2 of my friends in other room, and they rest 5 were in the same room standing locked with magnet, trying to find the clues, If you don't find it they will give you the clues on Tv screen. Just sit they will give to the clues and you will be free😂😂😂. No one came just we 7 were there.
Nothing scary waste of money, waste of time. Highly recommend not to go. Little far their is Boulevard, there you can find Haunted House its 1000% better than SAW II( Escape room). I spoiled my Birthday Day and my friend's mood by going their. We tried to talk female staff who guided us befor entering. She was there when we came to Escape room, when we cane out from the game she gives us our mobiles and disappeared. She knows that we will ask or say something. Read moreHonestly, Im not the type to leave reviews, however, this place is so overwhelmingly better than its competition and there isnt even a debate… My group & myself have been to multiple escape rooms in Riyadh and often times find them way too easy and boring. If you’re seeking the best out of the “Escape room” experience and face the same issue, visit this establishment. They have such top quality service and the lady in the reception was extremely kind and professional as she explained the rules and what to/not to do as well as the remaining staff. The room we visited was called “Z-Virus” and it truly challenged us on a physical and intellectual level. It gave us much more than we expected in comparison with the establishments we’ve already visited (around 4 other establishments experiencing the best 1 or 2 rooms in each) and instead of finishing a room with 30-odd minutes remaining, with a feeling that we wasted whatever we paid on a kiddie puzzle, we barely finished with three minutes on the clock. It was very thrilling and I would 10/10 come back again.
My only tip for those without experience (without spoiling anything): try to have an even group [6 people...
