Kudu - Al Seteen Palace — Restaurant in Riyadh Region

A bad experience at this particular branch. Being a fan and usual customer of Kudu, I ordered 2 kudu chicken spicy sandwich, and to my surprise the meal wasn’t tasty, both the sandwiches were different, one sandwich had tomatoes and the other didn’t, diced capsicum was missing in both the sandwiches. No mayonnaise, stale and very dry bread. I don’t know why this particular branch lack consistency in sandwiches. I request the manager or more higher authorities to look into this matter. This problem has occurred many times. Maybe nobody buys or nobody complains. If you want to have food from kudu, I suggest PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRANCH.

I dined in for an Iftaar 3 days ago, the atmosphere wasn’t great as well, they were flies, bathrooms were smelly. I was offered dates to break my fast, each date was sealed, but there was a fault, few dates had ants in it due to lack of packaging , & the other pack had hair in it. It was disgusting . Usually KUDU is good and food is as per expectations but bit expensive compared to other options available.

This review is for this branch where the branch in-charge who is an expat, was worst and arrogant. Like they r giving food for free. The order was ready and kept but this senseless guy is not giving because he has wants to gather 50-100 order's together and then give. Was telling all the customers to sit and wait for him to call the numbers.

If kudu can't handle the customers then plz don't give any offers. Keep ur menu expensive and entertain just the regular customers.

Though i am a regular customer of kudu but after today, i will never visit this branch or any other outlets.

There r many food junctions being so polite and sweet which really deserves our presence.

I order one week befor kudu brakefast and waffles i never think from kudu is making waffles from pancake. "(Betty crocker pancake mix" ) And the chef he making the way of waffles it really terrible at least the pancake brand is saying keep the batter 15 mit before making pancake even that's also not followed. I really sorry to say this things if we not suggest this things your people continue this way and i monitor mashroom is not fresh its can mashroom can also we are accepting some really test thats why we are buying...
