We checked in on the 12th of December 2023.||First impression was wonderful. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink served by Paulo. He was very welcoming and friendly. After we were done with our drink we were taken to our room 118 and showed around by Liana. She was very well spoken and friendly.||The room was well cleaned and well organized. The beds are comfortable and we were able to sleep well.||Breakfast is an all rounder and delicious. The chef is friendly and the same goes for the servers. ||The Hotel was quite for the first couple of days and everything was wonderful. The GM, Pramodh came around every Breakfast to check in and see if everything was still going well. ||On the 17th December we had a relaxing day by the hotel and it's wonderful pool. At 15h00pm our room was not serviced yet and we went to the reception to ask for toilet paper and water. The receptionist Tina advised that she would send it to our room. After 4 attempts and going back to the reception and 6 hours later we were still not able to get basic amenities like toilet paper and water to be sent to our room. Tina was not willing to assist and was more consigned eating and relaxing than to arrange service or getting the amenities to our room. April the server was so kind to immediately arrange it agter waiting for 6 hours for it to arrive.||On the 19th December the Hotel had a party at the pool bar that was extremely loud. As non of the rooms have any sound proof or sound control and our room was located right across the party we were not able to hear the TV with the music and screaming of the people. At 11h15pm the music was still going loudly and I went out to go and complain as we did not get any notice about the party or a time it will stop. I went to go ask the GM when he is planning on telling us about the party and when it will be over. He informed me it will be after 11h30pm. As we could not sleep or hear anything other than the party we waited till 11h45 and went to ask them to please switch off the music. I informed them that it is completely unacceptable to not take any consideration to their in-house guests and we came here to relax. ||On 22nd December we moved rooms as they were having another big party and advised us that they will be playing live music till 1am. They moved us into room 111. The room had a mold smell in it and was definitely not ready for service with the smell and nor was the aircon working. They were still doing maintenance on the porch at the back and was using the porch as a storage unit. The mini fridge was so badly stained that i did not feel comfortable placing any of our drinks in the fridge. As it is very hot here we were not able to stay without an ac so we had to pack up once again and moved to another room. Verda our room attended was kind enough to assist us in moving for the 2nd time in 1 day. We could also not join for dinner as the whole restaurant was occupied by a private function and the in-house guests had to eat somewhere else.||On 24th December we joined for the Christmas eve dinner. It was 850 rupees per person. Upon arrival we looked for our names on the table however all the tables were reserved and our room was left out. We asked Tina at reception the day before if we needed to book however she said no as we were already in-house. April was kind enough to bring in another table to make room for us. If it wasn't for April we would not have had a table or place for dinner because Trina did not want to book us a table. ||We were staying here for 2 weeks we got tired of the same breakfast offering however it was still a good breakfast but a variety could be better. The executive chef was kind enough to bring out traditional Indian food every other day for us. A very special touch.||Overall the experience could have been much better if the Management took complaints seriously and not just sleep in their office ( yes we experienced that with 2 managers). If Management was more like Verda, April, Paulo, Saida and Yadeek we would have been in much better hands. The Hotel has a lot of work to do with their in house guests.||On the last day Trina also called us to find out what time we leaving as she needs us to come and make payment. Seems that she just wants us out and Definitely not willing to do her job.||Thank you for all the servers, especially April, Paulo, Saida and Yadeek and the room attended Verda for making the stay better.||We also joined the Oasis Casino however we did not have any luck on our side. Thank you to the team there Juanabel, X and Devon for making our visit in Seychelles memorable.||Thank you for Stafford for all the arrangements and planning even if he was not...

Bus stop just outside and easy to navigate around the island. I liked getting the bus to the different beaches. Whole foods is just down the road for you imported stuff. A couple of nice restaurants nearby and Village Takeaway (the best takeaway in the seychelles) is right next door.

House keeping do a brilliant job, keeping the room clean and changing towels daily. I cannot fault them.

Bar Man was great. He took pride in preparing the cocktails and is really happy and friendly. Great service from him and an asset to the hotel. Thank you so much! Please check his cocktails out! Majority of the reception staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. There was one young man on reception that was abrupt, rude and just not helpful. Restaurant staff, again are nice, friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make you happy.

Breakfast is awful. I would rather have paid more money and had a better quality buffet. Ham and cheese is very poor quality. Overall dissapointing. Evening meals again are awful. Tried the dinner once, never again. Please try to improve, it is your restaurant that is letting you down. Not the waiting staff but the chefs and the produce that you choose is of low quality.

Please check that your hotel is advertising correct information and is transparent with what you say. You state that you have free wifi in rooms. Actually The wifi was capped to 500mb per day. it doesn't mention that anywhere on your website! its ridiculous to cap it and then charge customer 100 rupees for each 500mb they want use outside of the limit. Totally unacceptable for the price that you charge per night for the rooms. Internet should be free and unlimited. STOP...

We had a fantastic time at your resort! Everything from the moment we arrived was excellent.|| Our room was a great size and very clean. We especially appreciated that the air conditioning was already on and cool when we arrived after a hot day of travel. It was such a relief to step into a nice, cool space.|| The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, which was great. But the dinner was truly outstanding! We both thoroughly enjoyed it. The fact that the chef even came out to our table to personally check on everything and ensure we were happy with the food was a wonderful touch. | | The staff at your resort were all top-notch. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. A special shout-out to the young lady at the reception desk who was particularly helpful and went the extra mile to guide us through everything. Her friendly personality made a great first impression.|| The entire resort had a luxurious feel, and it was clear that cleanliness is a priority. We saw staff cleaning throughout the day, which we appreciated.|| Thank you very much for everything! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend your...

Overall, a good experience! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was generally clean. Rooms were cleaned daily, and they provided bottled water, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was decent — they had some gluten-free options, but it’s best to inform them in advance if you have dietary needs, and they’ll try to accommodate. It was easy to find a spot by the pool, and towels were always available, which made relaxing by the water stress-free. Gran Anse beach is just a few minutes away on foot. You’ll need to cross a road and walk through a bit of forest or bushes to get there. The beach itself feels quite wild and natural, but be cautious — I saw plenty of stingrays close to the shore. In summary, the hotel was comfortable and well-managed. The beach was interesting but not ideal for everyone, and the location was okay — not perfect, but still convenient enough for a short walk to the ocean.

The most overrated place in Praslin. Mostly the travel packages offer you this place and the prices on booking sites are way too high. It feels like a scam scheme by the travel agents to show they are giving you the best hotel. Rooms are below average with no proper ventilation and weird smell. They had joined 2 small beds in the name of a queen size bed which kept sliding apart while sleeping. Services are the worst here, the day we arrived we were just given one small bottle of water and when we requested for more they refused to give us more stating they provide just 2 bottles a day and if you want to buy more you need to pay 2 Euros for a 500ml bottle. Keeping all of this aside the head chef was very humble and made sure he prepared some good Indian vegetarian food for us. Overall would not recommend this place.
