Narrow, sleek hotel leading on to a small beach. But it does have a good restaurant - better than anything at Coco de Mer, Nest @ Constance Lumeria and certainly La Pirogue...joyful, extremely hard working waitress called Gretel solely covering 22 guests at 10 tables at a time....with only 2 people in the Kitchen including the Chef Gino. The service was slow obviously. It shocks me that this overworked staff can produce such good food. The seafood fettachini (has to be the largest portion for a starter even by Texan standards...should be ordered as main or for sharing) was really good with a light sauce. The Ostrich steak and the large tenderloin were both excellent served with peppercorn and white sauces respectively with sauted veg and a light mashed potatoes. It is honestly some of the best quality food we have had throughout our stay here. The waiting staff are extremely attentive and conscientious.
