Do not purchase this Outlier Go. Not working at all. I purchased one on 10 Nov and after 1 week, the left side battery drained very fast. Totally not working after 2 days. Go customer service on 29 Nov 2024. Service is excellent. No question asked with immediate replacement with a brand new one for me. Thank you very much. Happily go home, charge the set and App ask to update firmware. Work excellent. Put back for 30 mins and the left side death again. Wow!! What an excellent product!!! A good experience to learn that Creative can launch such product after so many years of hard work. Selling a product that not been properly developed and tested. The product manager must be fired!! Believe there is a bug in the firmware, like once happened in iPhone OS. Order No. SG2421606555

Staff was helpful and patient. Had to leave my device in the centre for further checks, so would need to return and collect. The customer centre is located at lobby 'B', so drop off at the Drop-Off Point 'B' (Facing The Strategy Building). If you are coming from other directions, watch out for the signs as you navigate through its meandering passageways and loading docks to get to its lobby 'B'.

Last time i came here, the showroom was at 1st floor and it was big. Full of items. Now at level 3, it kinda looked sad. Very few items. But saw some items from the past. The 2 Staffs were friendly. Best to order their items via the website. But if ya wanna go there, main drop off point. Lobby C. 3rd floor.

Purchased Stage 360 on 18 Feb 2024. Delivered 20 Feb 2024. The product quality is very bad, after less than 2 months, the LED lights in front start to have problem.

After 2 days the LED display is completely dead. The product is still under warranty. I have sent emails but till now no response from customer service / technical support.

Update: Got an email from customer service this morning (8 Apr). Now communicating with Creative.

Preparing and RMA process were not pleasant. The service of Airpak, the logistic partner of Creative was bad, my calls were not return, date and timing of pick ups were different from what I put online, it takes 2 days to deliver to Creative.

Now the item is with Creative, I am not sure how long I will get the response and the replacement sound bar will...
