The Fire Works — Local services in Eastern Cape

I needed to purchase a braai for my holiday home in a relatively short space of time. Not knowing where to start finding a reputable fireplace and braai store, a friend of mine recommended The Fire Works in PE. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the store. Staff were very knowledgeable and the showroom was impeccable, and the store carried a good inventory of braais and fireplaces. With the help from the friendly staff, I was able to pay for and load all I needed for a built in braai within an hour at a very reasonable price. What a great experience! But wait! There is more, after surveying the spot where I was going to place my braai, I needed more information and detailed dimensions of my braai. I emailed The Fireworks with my request for information and promptly received a response from Bradley , one of the principals at The Fire Works , with all the information I had requested. Not only did Bradley respond to my email, he followed up with a phone call to make sure I had what I needed. Now thats what I call after sales service! Good day to the professional lady at Firework who attended to me when I bought my Fireplace. I had no knowledge of how it works when one purchases a fireplace. She has the world of knowledge just listening to the advice she gave me. She attended with a smile on her face which made communicating with her so easy. If my memory serves me correctly she is Uline. I really don't know when last in most shops I have received service like this.
