The Brewmaster — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

What a miserable experience. Walk in...you have to repeatably attempt to get the woman at the till's attention as she is so involved on her phone. When asked if they are still open at 1930...a half hour before closing time...You are answered they will be closing in 20 minutes...with a miserable look on her face. Asked if we can still order...she first agrees and then tells you there is no chips..when we waive the chips from the order she comes up with a new excuse.That the kitchen has already packed away the Rib Sauce . Are you really that lazy not to go fetch the rib sauce from the fridge again. Poor service from incompetent, lazy staff. I hope she is the owner...so she can learn first hand that her poor service will sink her...

Unfortunately I have to change my 5 star rating to only 2 stars. And only because of the friendly Zimbabwe waitress that served us. I ordered the brother basket, it came without ribs. I was then brought another menu to show that ribs are scratched out. Please, also take it off from the menus that you give to the patrons. Don't order the chicken schnitzel if you are hungry. Very small. My daughter ordered chicken wings. Burnt, salty and dry. Unbeatable. Was my wife's birthday. What a dissapointment. The guests left hungry and unhappy. While we were "eating", they used an angle grinder next to us to cut a drum open. We couldn't even sing happy birthday to my wife as she wouldn't have heard us. Need I say more? Hard worked for money...

Visited for breakfast, and the food was average for the price but the time it took to deliver the food was unacceptable. For a table of 7 people 4 got their breakfast after about an hour, 2 decided to take takeaways another 30 min later and 1 canceled their order as it was taking too long. Note the cappuccino is made from a sachet and not a proper espresso machine. The hot chocolate was made with water and not milk. The waitress was continually apologizing while not her fault. 1 star for the food and 1 for...
