Milky Lane Kolonnade — Local services in Gauteng

Had the WORST experience, ordered a P.s Caramel milkshake, instead got a sqlted caramel milkshake with a few ps crumbs on top. Told the manager/waiter that the milkshake wasn't what I ordered and he didn't seem to happy with me and didn't give a great service.Replaced my milkshake with a regular strawberry milkshake (super runned down with milk and little syrup added. Asked the lady that made our milkshakes if i was wrong for saying it was a salted caramel and she said no (very rudely) and walked away without further assisting us with the card machine. Won't go to milky lane again, bad service, not so amazing milkshakes anymore. So...

Was warmly greated by two waiters, the one wiped the table and brought two menus. The shop was not busy. I waited for over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Lady waiters were around the counter, male waiter stood 2 meters from my table leaning against the door and no one came to take my order. A couple came in and they were attended to immediately. I eventually stood up, asked for the manager and mentioned my dissatisfaction and dissapointment and told the lady manager that I was going to lodge a written complaint and that I don't know if I will ever go back to Milky Lane in Kolonade....

the waitress basically blackmailed us to tip her. said that she isn't even expecting a tip because we complained that a glass of still water was overpriced. she also said it's impossible for us to change our order even though we hadn't paid it yet. also she told us that if we don't tip, they won't be so eager to serve us next time. the waffles were nice though. coffee milkshake was totally too bitter. and they don't have any beef products, we requested that the breakfast bacon be replaced with beef sausages and they said they don't have it. and they don't do replacements. horrible...
