Incredibly disappointed in the service I received from Pizza Perfect Craighall. This was my absolute favorite branch who myself, friends and colleagues always supported. However, after ordering on the app and waiting over an hour, phoning the restaurant 3 times and being told it was on delivery despite being 7 minutes away from the branch, it still did not arrive timeously. 1hour 30 minutes after placing an order for delivery & food still had not arrived. I phoned the store to find out how long my order will be and the lady who answered the phone' s reply "Eish" Absolutely appalling service. When food FINALLY arrived they got the order wrong, order was placed on the app - honesly a waste of time and money. Been a customer for over 10 years but sorry to say this will be the last order with pizza...

If there was a zero I would have selected it. Placed an order on the app at 18h50. Now 20h51 and nothing... we have had to make alternative arrangements for dinner. Phoned twice, spoke to a gentleman who kindly put the phone down in my ear. Absolutely disgusting service. I'm done supporting this local business as this has now happened three times. Tomorrow starts the fight to get my money...
