Undoubtedly the VERY WORST experience I have had at any Fast Food joint EVER. And I truly mean that. We were excited, as a family, to try out our new local BK. And we wanted to dine in. Nope. Sorry. By 18h40, this was no longer possible. We were told to join the Drive Thru line - which is where our nightmare began. After spending a few minutes struggling to convey our order through the dodgiest Drive Thru speaker on earth, I finally confirmed it TWICE…just in case.

Then came the excruciating 20 MINUTE WAIT. No jokes. 20 FULL MINUTES in line. But when we finally arrived to pay…the person who took our order had got it totally wrong. There wasn’t a single item that matched. To make matters worse, her response was a thousand yard stare and a muttered apology. Then someone else arrived, who seemed to be in a position of authority and told us our order would be ready in “two minutes” which was totally bogus, of course, because they hadn’t even started it. So we left and promised not to return until Head Office decided that training their Staff before opening a new branch was a priority. Not even NEARLY ready for prime time. Awful awful awful. Avoid...

I really hope the owner sees this and reaches out. I could tell you stories from what I've witnessed over the last 5 orders I've placed here. You have a serious issue on your hands and honestly you need to restaff or your entire investment might go down the drain.

From severe innefeciences to really concerning misscharges on cards, to food quality issues and raw orders.

These are so much more than teething issues. You have managers and staff swearing each other. Managers not agreeing with other managers decision etc.

It's really really bad. And horrifically slow service even when there is only 2 customers...

They've never gotten a single order right been here 3 times tonight was the last

First time they swapped my order with someone else's (mistakes happen) Then after I went to correct it they got my order wrong again I gave up.

Second time They gave the wrong drinks

3rd time They forgot 2 burgers and the burgers i did get were old and cold

And its not like when I went they were busy like 1 other person in the drive through and myself Ive seen max 4 customer including myself and 1 uber driver waiting

This burger king sucks and their food is old Save your money go to...
