Gravy River with cold Chips

They always get our order wrong, forget to bring an item and just keep the money, they never reimburse me for orders not delivered. I used to enjoy ordering from this store but their service has really gone down. Tonight I ordered a streetwise 2 with a pap and gravy for my husband, and I had a burger and chips meal, they didn't deliver to chips. I also ordered an extra mash and gravy but in the instructions i requested gravy only as the ubereats app didn't have the option to specify, furthermore I called the restaurant to tell the manager to double check my order and ensure that its' correct, which she happily agreed to. My order arrived without the chips or the extra gravy I paid for, I called the shop to ask them about it to which they said they will deliver it immediately. Here's what it looks like when I received it. The entire gravy flooded the packet and my chips, also the chips we really cold. Needless to say this is THE LAST TIME I order from your shop. By the way I did a test order with KFC Rosebank and I had called them 10 minutes after KFC Craighall agreed to deliver the chips and gravy, the order from the KFC Rosebank arrived 15 minutes earlier than KFC Craighall stores delivery even though we live closer to the Craighall KFC. Always ask for a receipt! Always check the bag!! Passed through the drive-through this evening as I didn't particularly feel like cooking tonight and thought I would treat myself by adding some pops to my order. Paid at the window, collected my order and checked the contents just before leaving. Noticed that there were no pops in the bag so went inside to inquire. I was told that a large chips had been added. I mentioned that I had ordered pops and not chips but that I do not have a receipt as I paid cash. Was told that the lady at the window got my order wrong but that they have started making more pops for me, and then started ringing up the till for the pops. I was not expecting charity (maybe an apology), but honestly being told I now had to pay for someone else's mistake really put a sour taste in my mouth. I told them to forget about the pops and I just want to leave. They seemed quite taken aback that I did not want to wait, nor pay for more pops! This was my favorite KFC, not because of convinience but the good service and the always great taste. Of late there has been repeatedly wrong order takings, you only discover when you get home. The bigger inner me has refrained from cutting off this tie, because I believed in it. Yesterday took the toll, l got the worst of all. Drove back and demanded an exchange plus a refund, to which an exchange was granted and a compensation for my time and fuel was refused. The poor girl who was responsible for the wrong order was scolded in front of me dispite my plee not to witness such to the manager as it became uncomfortable. She the (manager) insisted that 'l don't make friends over my stock", " you mess up you pay up". This painful conservation made me leave the restaurant as my plee not to witness it was ignored and made me feel like I was the cause of this poor girl misery. As l walked away l could still see the manager wagging and flagging her hands at the poor girl, whose face was almost teary. An unpleasant sight for anyone as a customer to witness.
